"What would be a convenient time for you to meet?" was always her reply. Our initial meeting began with her punctual arrival and a walk through the house. Judie accentuated the positive features, adding her own personal comments on how "special a family home" this must have been. To us... It was! She offered practical and helpful suggestions on how to prepare our house for showing and a reasonable time frame to have them completed.
Informally around the kitchen table, we discussed our objectives, pricing, closing dates etc. She reviewed and explained in great detail her "information package" filled with informative articles, comparative price lists of homes in the area, preparing our home to sell and answering all of our questions.
